3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the tour date.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Changes and Modifications
- Adinath Yatra reserves the right to make changes in itinerary, hotel arrangements, or transport in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and we will ensure alternate arrangements of similar quality.
5. Travel Documents and Identification
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid government-issued ID proof.
- For international tours, travelers must ensure passports, visas, and other necessary documents are valid.
6. Health and Safety
- Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for travel and must inform us in advance of any specific health conditions.
- We follow all necessary COVID-19 or government health guidelines and expect the same from travelers.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Adinath Yatra shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from natural calamities, accidents, delays, or acts of third-party vendors or agents.
- We act only as agents for transport, accommodation, and other services and hold no responsibility for the service provider's acts or omissions.
8. Conduct During Tour
- Participants are expected to maintain proper decorum and follow local laws and cultural practices.
- Misconduct or abusive behavior may result in removal from the tour without any refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Adinath Yatra and protected by applicable copyright laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
